Chance was one of three however we lost one the first day and the other was stillborn after a C-Section. Chance has proven he does things his own way and as an only child, he thinks he deserves it! Chance teamed up with Alexzandra Erb in the Juniors ring and added multiple Specialty Best Jr’s and an All Breed Best Junior In Show. Chance and Alex were a great team together. On April 2, 2011 at nearly six years of age Chance earned his Grand Championship title!
Chance passed in Dec of 2015. His latter years were challenging when I brought him back from a rehoming. With a probable immune mediated condition possibly exacerbated by inappropriate veterinary medication I was able to stop his downhill slide after removing all previously prescribed medications and specialized diets. Given the opportunity, his system regained fairly good balance with only occasional flare ups. Testing was inconclusive however he seemed to respond best to homeopathic immune supporting supplements. Ultimately a tumor and bleed took him from us.
